This plot is like John Grisham and Nora Roberts teaming up to create the perfect balance of conflict, suspense, romance, sex, humor, and heart-stopping danger. New characters are introduced thick and fast and you will find yourself bonding with them immediately, even the feckless law-breakers and conniving mistresses. I seriously hope this book becomes a film, or the series get adapted for TV. LOVE IT.
I ordered this book and after reading the free intro, I was too impatient to wait for delivery! Thanks to the App, I finished the e-book days before the physical copy arrived! Act I was completely entertaining and this sequel did not disappoint. It took me on a crazy, unpredictable ride, never dull or boring. Surprises and plot twists made it difficult to put down. The characters were so full of life, I could easily see the story adapted for film. After reading Act I, I was curious about Act II. Now I CAN'T WAIT for Act III. Get a move on, Ms. Murray!
If you thought Mrs. Meyers Act I was full of humor and drama, hold on to your hat when you read Act II! Lydia Meyers is leading an exciting life and she has shown she can handle whatever comes along since her separation/divorce. Canâ€™t wait to see what Act III has in store for her!
